Work has been slapping me upside the face lately which is why I went a little stale with blogging this week. I still managed to dig up some stuff though but whewf was I looking forward to this weekend. Last night was so much fun but bittersweet since my friend is moving away to Toronto to fullfill a new job move to a very elite fashion magazine in Canada. Kudos to her and I'm so proud!
Now I'm hitting the Sunday blues (which I've just found out other people get other than me) and unwinding before I hit the hay for another round of a tough work week. Anyways check out the new postings as well as the new Q-Tip video below called Move. Slammin' song but the video is like User's Yeah meets MJ's Rock With You meets Snoop's Sexual Seduction.
Here's a new one from Lo-Fi-Fnk. I think it's amazing! Listen to Want U below and thank you to arjanwrites.com for this.
The remixes to Madonna's next single Miles Away have surfaced and the Morgan Page Radio Edit is the best one in my opinion. I thought it was going to be the Stuart Price one but it's meh. Not horrible but nothing earth shattering either. Apparently the Headcleanr one is the best of them all but it still has yet to be released. Hope I come across it soon. Now where's the video for this? Apparently it's a tour video. CHEAP!
Also, Madonna will be the face of Louis Vuitton's next campaign which apparently shot this weekend.
It just dawned on me this week that a new Hôtel Costes compilation usually comes out in fall. Volume 11 was actually already out since September so I had to run down to HMV and pick it up. It's great but not classic like some of the older versions. It's worth buying just for the photos and box art alone.
No... but she's in her new video for the song Rehab which features a cameo with Justin Timberlake. Speaking of Timberlake cameos he was on SNL this weekend and did a hilarious skit with Beyonce. Check it out here.
UPDATE: FULL VIDEO BELOW FOR RIRI'S REHAB.
Everyone and their dog probably went to go see James Bond this weekend but if you haven't you should! It's great. Casino Royale left me a little more satisfied than this one but the stunts alone in Quantum of Solace are mindblowing and dizzying. I already cannot wait for the next one which is already slated to be released in mid 2011.

Wow! You've gotta give this one a listen from Jay Electronica called Exhibit A (Transformations).
Thanks to Kanye's blog on this one.
Dayum this track is killer! Makes me wanna get outta my chair. It's on the pop side but I like it. Money was featured on Timbaland's Shock Value album from last year and she's out with her first single entitled "Future".
Loving this! Check out M.I.A.'s newest track featuring DJ Blaqstarr called S.U.R. (Save Ur Soul) with a fresh old skool sample laid down too.
