The battle between Britian's most famous girls... who did it better? Victoria on Russian Vogue or Cheryl Cole of Girls Aloud on British Vogue?

God I love the old school piano riff and the synthy bits with the smooth rapping of Q-Tip featuring some great vocals too by Amanda Diva. Why have I not got my hands on the entire album yet!?!
Enjoy these ones that I have come across this week.
We got some:
Roy Davis Jr. Ft. Erin Martin - I Have A Vision (Fred Falke Remix) --thanks ArjanWrites!
Karoshi Bros. - Vive La Difference (Dmerit Mix) --thanks ArjanWrites!
And this one has been around for ages but is still such a goodie: Kings of Leon - Sex On Fire (Richard Sharkey & Peter Sar Remix)
Her latest album has produced some slamming club tracks and now some of the hottest remixes too! Check out the Diplo Alt Clown Remix of Circus as well as the Flashlight Remix of If U Seek Amy or if you live in the states: If U See Amy (which doesn't even make sense... Americans need to lighten up).
Check out the Presets Radio Mix for Sam Sparro's latest single "Pocket".
Please don't tell me the fact that I like this song means that I'm one step from crusing in my convertible while blasting trance music. That's like my worst nightmare because being of European descent it's in my blood to do that. It's like how I convince myself that when wearing a full polyester tracksuit that I'm doing it out of ironic humour instead of condoning douchery. Yes that's what it is... it's irony. It would be full douchiness if I were to pair it with a gold chain, right? My friend and I had this chat about what is acceptable douchiness and what isn't. It ended up with if you're douchey and you don't know it then that's accpetable but if you're douchey and you think you're shit's hawt then to Guido Beach you go!
Oh yes... and the song... Real Life by Noah. He's Canadian apparently. Points for me for blogging Canadian music from this Canadian blogger.
So people have been busting a nut over these guys on blogs across the internet. I've heard some of their stuff and figured that it was just blips, sounds and... shit. I wasn't very impressed and thought people were loving what they've heard based on the sole fact that it was different rather than anything of substance. However, I did see this video for their newest single "My Girls" and after scrolling through the blips I found what sounded like a song and I stopped and listened and enjoyed. Think you will too because these guys will be all the talk in 2009. Hmmm maybe not if MGMT releases something new this year.
Thanks The Sky Report for posting this video.
I mean to post this last week and somehow forgot to. Coldplay released their newest video to their single Life In Technicolor II which features them in puppet form. You probably have already seen this since it's been all over the blogs, etc. It's not my favourite video... reminds me of this crap Spice Girls video but yeah not bad for a Coldplay video. Love how I get emails sitting in my inbox and the sender is "Coldplay" updating me on new releases. Feels like they're my friends asking me what's up for the weekend. I was thinking about this post at the gym actually and thought how if you stalked me you would think I'm this big Coldplay fan when really I'm not. You would find all of their CDs in my CD collection, Chris Martin is front and center of this blog's banner, I've seen them in concert, they're on my iPod with remixes but really I'm like an average fan. Just thought that was funny.
